Rates (In US Dollars):
$500/night (two-night minimum).
$3000/week
During the off-season November through April
$350 a night or $2100 a week for parties of 4 or less (excluding holidays).
Cleaning Fee of $150 is nonrefundable
Security Deposit of $500 which is fully refundable within 14 days of departure We require a deposit of one half of the rental fee at the time of booking (also one half of the event fee if there is to be an event) - the remaining fees are due no less than 3 weeks prior to the rental. We do welcome events of up to 60 people in conjunction with a rental and the fee is $1500 in addition to the rental - the security deposit is $1500 and is fully refundable.
